Policies

Policy #1) If you're going to be picky, please do-so before making your purchase! If you have certain ideals, component brands, or part condition, etc. please reach out to us before you purchase. It's much better to have the conversation beforehand instead of being dissatisfied after you receive your items.

Reminder: These are used bike parts. We take worn-out bike parts out of the trash, and do our best to clean & degrease the parts. We are perfectionists at heart, but the entire nature of our process means there may be some residual dirt, grease, rust, scratches, etc. If this isn't okay to you, please see Policy #1.

FAQ

Why are the bracelet knots so hard to adjust? - The knots are tied relatively tight, to help the the bracelet stay where you put it. We used to tie them looser, but the knots would slide, which would cause the bracelet to loosen, and slide around the wrist or even fall off at times.

This is not a bracelet that we'd suggest taking on & off daily. Sometimes a helper is required to get the bracelet on and adjusted properly (some people have luck with using their teeth). We usually suggest to wear the bracelets 24/7.

It's best to practice while it's not on your wrist , get the feel for loosening and tightening it. To make adjusting easier, usually if you slide the rollers away from the link, get it to the correct size, then keep the rollers pressed next to the link (like in all the pictures) when in use, that's the best practice.

Do you have different items for sale on Etsy? - Our product mix from our website and Etsy does differ a bit due to one-off items, and how each platform can display the info. Check out Etsy at the link below, or contact us if you have a specific question. ETSY LINK

I saw something elsewhere online that you made, but I don't see it on your website, Can I still buy it? - Our product mix is changing regularly based on the parts we get and the demand for each design. If you're looking for something specific, contact us.

Where do you get your parts? Several of the parts are upcycled after use on our family bikes. We also partner with a few Local Bike Shops to repurpose their scraps as well.
